$115 per hour for a two-person cleaning team. Standard cleaning supplies and materials are included. Choose your time and list your priorities below. We complete tasks within the agreed time; full-home completion depends on the scope and condition. Any additional time requires your approval.

What we clean
Standard cleaning
Accessible dusting; kitchen counters, sink and appliance exteriors; bathroom sinks, toilet, tub and shower; vacuuming and mopping accessible floors.
Deep cleaning
Standard tasks plus extra attention to accessible buildup, fixtures and edges. Oven, refrigerator interiors, detailed baseboards, windows and blinds are selected separately. Permanent stains and damaged finishes may remain.
Move-in / move-out
Cleaning accessible surfaces in an empty home. Confirm inside cabinets, appliances and other detailed tasks in the written checklist. Moving furniture and disposal of belongings are excluded.
For hourly service, these lists describe available tasks. We prioritize within your approved time; they are not a promise to finish every item.
Before your visit
Please provide access, working water and electricity, clear reachable surfaces, and secure pets. Tell us about delicate finishes, existing damage and product sensitivities.
Safety exclusions
No mold remediation, bodily fluids, biohazards, pest cleanup, heavy lifting, high exterior windows or hazardous work. Post-construction work requires a separate review.
