Information we collect
We collect the name, email, optional phone number, city or ZIP code, requested date, cleaning selections, notes and photos or videos you choose to submit. Please do not submit payment-card data, access codes, identity documents, faces or other sensitive information.
Use and access
We use this information to review and respond to requests, plan services, document agreed work and address questions or disputes. The owner reviews requests through a protected management page. We may share necessary service instructions with assigned cleaners and use website hosting and storage providers, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. We do not sell request information or use uploaded media in advertising without separate permission. We may disclose records when required by law.
Storage and retention
Requests and uploaded files are stored privately through our website providers. We keep records while reviewing requests and as reasonably needed for services, accounting, legal obligations and disputes. We review whether uploaded media is still needed when a request closes. You may email us to request deletion of unnecessary media or records; legally required records may need to be retained. Removing a file from an unsubmitted form does not itself delete the stored upload.
Cookies and browser signals
This site does not add advertising pixels or use your request information for cross-site advertising. Hosting or access providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, device information and cookies, to operate and protect the site. Our own site code does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. Provider practices are described in their privacy policies.
Your choices and questions
Photos, videos and phone numbers are optional. Email us to ask about information you submitted, request corrections or deletion, or withdraw permission for future optional uses. We may need to verify your request without collecting unnecessary information. Service records subject to legal obligations may be retained. Website messages and email are used for service communication, not automatic marketing enrollment.
Policy updates
We post changes here with a revised effective date. Material changes to optional data uses will be communicated before those uses begin. This website is intended for adults arranging cleaning services.
